Rick started the YouTube channel Astral Club as a means of sharing his many, many experiences of Astral Projection and Out of Body experiencs which he has been having since he was a baby. Through these experiences, he has learned a great deal about life on the Astral realms, how it functions, how to get there, and why it's important for us to experience it for ourselves. The Astral side of life is essentially Rick's second nature and he would like to share that nature with as many people as he can.

Sonia Rinaldi is a Brazilian researcher of afterlife contact using a technique known as Instrumental Transcommunication, or ITC. Using cloth, water, sound and light, Sonia is able to retrieve messages from those on 'the other side' in a clear, understanable way. Spirits are allegedly able to manipulate the movement of the material and arrangement of faux-english (or other language) sounds in order to put their message or image across.

In this episode we look at the process of ITC, how it works, why it works and what it means for the future of inter-dimensional communication as well as bereavement and grief assistance.
